1. Agreement to Terms By placing an order on www.shopvalos.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Pricing and Currency All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Valos reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. For international customers, your credit card issuer or bank will determine the exchange rate and may charge additional transaction fees.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. Due to our automated fulfillment system, order cancellations may not be possible once processing has begun.

4. Final Sale & Hygiene Standards Important: Due to the intimate nature of our apparel and strict hygiene regulations, all sales are FINAL once the original packaging has been opened. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been tried on or removed from their heat-sealed packaging.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us at support@shopvalos.com within 14 days of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the item and packaging for a full refund or free replacement.

6. Import Duties and Taxes As we source our inclusive collections from global fulfillment centers, you (the customer) are considered the "Importer of Record." You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be applied by your country's authorities upon arrival.
