Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final once packaging is opened, except in cases of manufacturing defects (reportable within 14 days). Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed due to global fulfillment logistics.

Due to the automated nature of our global fulfillment process, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted and processed. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. Specifically, intimate apparel cannot be returned once the packaging is opened. You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or potential customs/import charges required by your local destination. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND CUSTOMS We ship products via global fulfillment centers to ensure a diverse range of inclusive styles. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services, including but not limited to all brands, text, images, and the "Valos" name/logo, are owned by Valos and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
